Who we are
Journey2Serengeti is a safari and tour operator based in Arusha, Tanzania. Our website address is https://journey2serengeti.com. Email: info@journey2serengeti.com · Phone and WhatsApp: +255 755 374 202.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, a booking request or a trip plan, we collect the details you type: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, number of travellers and your message.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, plan and operate your trip, send you your booking documents and receipts, and — if you ticked the box — occasional travel ideas. We never sell your details.
Who we share it with
Only with the lodges, camps, parks and partners needed to operate your trip, and with our email provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after two years. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@journey2serengeti.com.
